NYC pedestrian hit by taxi

A pedestrian was struck in Midtown on July 15 when two cabs collided, sending one of them onto a sidewalk. The accident occurred at the intersection of 7th Avenue and 52nd Street. A cab hit another cab that was traveling southbound on 7th Avenue, sending the second cab onto the sidewalk. According to investigators, one of the cabs had run a red light.

Alleged drunk driver causes serious crash in East Village

As many New York City residents know, one of the most dangerous things a driver can do is drive while intoxicated. Despite widespread knowledge of this fact, drivers continue to get behind the wheel every day after consuming alcohol or drugs, selfishly putting the lives of others on the road in serious danger.
