Injured in an accident? Don’t let your claim be denied

Driving in New York City can be sheer madness. That’s one of the reasons that we have so many options for public transit. But for many residents, driving is a necessity.

If you drive regularly in the Big Apple, there is a chance that one day you will be involved in a car accident. It might be only an annoying fender-bender. But it could be something far more serious that leaves you with major injuries. If the latter is the case, you could face a serious dilemma if you are too incapacitated to return to work for weeks or even months after the collision.

What will you do to manage your bills? Many people live paycheck to paycheck with little financial cushion for emergencies. On top of that, you will likely be faced with a mountain of ambulance, hospital and physical therapy bills after your accident. How will you cover those expenses and costs?

One way of doing so is to hold the at-fault driver liable for your losses and damages. You can do so by filing a claim for damages. In a perfect world, that would be all that you need to do.

However, we, unfortunately, do not live in a world where insurance companies are likely to do the right thing for claimants. Your claim could be outright denied, challenged or seriously low-balled. You didn’t cause or contribute to the accident so why should you have to foot the bill for the consequences?

Let us help you manage your claim. If the insurance company balks, we will file a lawsuit on your behalf to keep the claim from proscribing. Don’t give up without a fight.
